Steelhead
Steelhead Trout is a salmonid fish and, like Atlantic salmon or Pacific salmon, has a freshwater cycle (egg hatching to a 250g juvenile fish called a “smolt”) and a saltwater cycle. (fish from juvenile size to commercial weight of 3-4 kg).
In a growing global aquaculture industry all cycles are perfectly sustainable and with traceability.
